Return & Exchange Process
We accept returns only in case of defective, damaged, or wrong items. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery following below steps.

C. Parcel opening uncut video from opening to end without any pause & product photos.
2. Our team will verify and approve the return request within 2 business days.
3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will initiate your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Eligible Returns:
1. Wrong product delivered
2. manufacturing defect
3. Damaged product received
Non-Eligible Returns:
1. Products disliked after delivery
2. Size issues (please refer to size chart before ordering)
3. Minor color variation due to lighting/screens
4. Sale items (with 10% or more discount), unless defective
Replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. In any case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through the same mode within 5-7 working days and payment gateway fees will not be refunded in any case which is 3.95% of the total order amount.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds will be processed in the same mode as payment:
2. Refund timeline: 7-10 business days after return approval & product inspection.
3. No Refund- Refunds will not be processed if the returned products are not in their original condition. This includes instances where items are worn, damaged, altered, or not returned as a complete set. In such cases, the products will be re-shipped to the customer.
4. Maximum Refund Amount: Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the product purchased.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we bear all shipping costs.
Important Notes
1. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags.
2. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
3. Any disputes or concerns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
4. All items marked as Sale are final and non-returnable.
